How do I apply?

Can I send in my application by email?

We do not want to miss you and we want to ensure that your application is read by the right person. Please submit your application at our careers site or on the website that you saw the advert on.

Is it OK to apply to several different positions?

Yes, that’s fine. 

There’re also some jobs abroad! Do you help with relocation?

For some positions, depending on the role, we are able to offer relocation packages. If this is the case, it will be mentioned in the description. Feel free to mention this when you’re contacted by our recruitment specialist.

What can I expect from the recruitment process?

When you've applied for a job, you will in some countries be asked to perform three tests. In others, we ask you to submit your cv and cover letter. After this, one of our recruitment specialists will get back to you to schedule an interview. The final step is the candidate day where you get to know Transcom, our people, culture, and values. During the 3-hour session, you will have a site tour, listen in to calls and time to chat with future colleagues. We strive to provide a clear insight in what we offer, how the job works practically, how the atmosphere feels and you get all the time to ask questions to us.

How should I prepare for the candidate day at Transcom?

We love it when people have researched our business, and demonstrate a strong understanding of what we do. At the same time, we want to hear about you! So it would be good if you have practiced describing your skills, experience and passion in an interesting and compact way. Of course you come on time to the office. How should I dress for an interview?

We do not have a specific dress code. Our advice is to wear what you find comfortable and believe suitable for the position you applied for. The basic principle is respect for equal rights. Therefore we do not accept clothes with discriminatory messages.

What kind of workplace is Transcom?
