Swedish Quality Index - our client wins best customer service award!

This is the fifth consecutive year that we win the best customer service award together with one of our communications sector clients and this is really great! This client project is handled at our Karlskoga contact center and Transcom has served this client since 2003. We are very proud to retain the title and we will continue to work even harder to ensure that we win again next year. Of course, we celebrated with cookies and candy!
